eCommerce Sales Operations Specialist

Mirka is looking for an eCommerce Sales Operations Specialist to play a key operational role within Mirka Marketplaces (MMP). The role ensures excellence in day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon Europe, USA, Australia and other existing or future marketplaces.

You will be responsible for order management, deliveries, claims, and operational issue resolution across multiple marketplaces, with a strong hands-on and execution-focused approach. The position offers development potential through increasing responsibility and ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

·         End-to-end order handling and coordination with warehouses and logistics partners

·         Monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery performance

·         Handling claims, chargebacks, complaints and escalations

·         Maintaining high data accuracy across orders, refunds and financial flows

·         Ensuring high customer satisfaction in line with marketplace performance metrics (e.g. ODR, seller ratings)

·         Troubleshooting operational issues related to systems, billing, deliveries and integrations

·         Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing and KAM

·         Supporting operational onboarding of new marketplaces (API/EPI setups)

·         Monitoring operational KPIs and contributing to performance reporting

Regular travel to Mirka’s Germany office in Sulzbach is required to collaborate with the team on site.

Your Profile

·         Strong hands-on mindset with focus on operational execution

·         Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (order management, sales operations or similar roles)

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Structured, solution-oriented approach

·         Ability to coordinate across functions and stakeholders

·         Willingness to grow within an operational key role

·         Comfortable working in an international environment, with occasional flexibility for different time zones (US/APAC)

·         Experience with ERP systems, international marketplaces (Amazon EU & USA) and cross-border logistics is an advantage

Language Requirements

·         English: fluent level required (primary working language).

·         German: not mandatory, but an advantage.
