Project Manager 

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Power Tools team

The Power Tools team is growing, and we are constantly facing interesting challenges and executing innovative ideas. We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who will coordinate and lead some of our development projects.

As a Project Manager, you work with product development projects, from the innovation work in the initial phase, through engineering and production ramp-up phases till the product launch phase. You will mainly work with product development projects, but also with other supporting projects. You will be based in our HQ in Jeppo, with hybrid work possibility.

As Project Manager:

·         You plan, coordinate and lead cross-functional R&D projects within a flexible environment

·         You’re responsible for reaching set goals and thus completing projects effectively

·         You work in close collaboration with team members from technology, compliance, sourcing, quality, product management, marketing, production etc. as well as suppliers and external partners.

We expect you to have many of the following qualifications and skills:

·         BSc or MSc in Engineering, or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience

·         Experience in project management, preferably from product development

·         Can plan and structure both your own and the project team's work, both long and short term.

·         Good leadership skills and the ability to communicate your message to different levels within the organization.

·         You are responsible, driven and possess good cooperation skills

·         Experience with MS Project, MS Office and Contact Software PLM

·         You are an outgoing person who can communicate seamlessly in English (obligatory) and Swedish or Finnish.
