Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist who thrives on taking responsibility, improving ways of working, and serving as a technical anchor within an organization? Would you like to work in an international environment where your expertise truly makes a difference?

We are now looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join Mirka’s IT department – a key role for someone who wants to combine hands-on operational work with development and continuous improvement.

About the Role

In this position, you are more than just support – you are an important driver in ensuring a stable, modern, and efficient IT environment. You will work closely with both end users and IT colleagues and serve as a valuable resource within our Helpdesk team. You enjoy working collaboratively but also have the initiative and drive to work independently.

You will support operations in Finland while also assisting our global business units.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administer and further develop solutions within Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365

  • Work with modern endpoint and device management solutions

  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvements

  • Act as a technical expert in complex Helpdesk cases

  • Document key policies, procedures, and standards

Who We Are Looking For

  • Several years of experience in IT support

  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365

  • Experience with device management and IT security

  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach to work

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in international IT environments

  • Knowledge of automation and/or scripting

  • Experience with Veeam

  • Experience with VMware and/or Citrix
