System Governance Specialist

As a member of the Azure Governance Team, you will play a key role in ensuring our Azure environment is secure, efficient, and aligned with company guidelines and goals. You will work closely with other team members and external vendors to manage and optimize our digital resources.

Responsibilities:

1) Manage Azure Permissions:

• Administer and monitor user rights and roles in Azure.

• Ensure that permissions are in line with the company's security policies.

2) Access to API Endpoints and Integrations:

• Manage and monitor access to API endpoints.

• Ensure that integrations with other systems are secure and efficient by maintaining processes for development teams.

3) Onboarding and Offboarding of Consultants and Internal Staff:

• Responsible for vendor management, including selection, contracts, and relationships.

• Develop and implement processes for onboarding and offboarding consultants and internal staff.

• Ensure that consultants receive the correct access and that their access is properly terminated at the end of their assignment.

4) Documentation of Mirka's Cyber Security:

• Document and monitor security measures according to NIS2 directives.

• Use Cyberday to manage and follow up on security frameworks and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Azure and its security features.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors.

• Experience in developing and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Attention to detail and good documentation skills.

• Knowledge of API management and system integrations.

• Knowledge of NIS2 directives and experience using Cyberday.
